Guidelines for Event Participation 1. Game Rotation and Courtesy • Games are played in rotation, with one set of players replacing the others. • As a courtesy to all participants, please step off the court after completing your game to allow waiting players to take their turn. • If there are no players waiting, you are welcome to continue playing. 2. Attendance and Cancellations • Avoid no-shows or last-minute cancellations if you are on the “Going” list. This is unfair to players on the waitlist who miss the opportunity to prepare. • We maintain a record of no-shows and late cancellations. Players flagged three times for such behavior will be barred from future events. • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, you are still responsible for paying the required fees. By subscribing to the event, you agree to this condition. 3. Safety and Responsibility • The organizer and event leaders are not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
