Hike on the Wiregrass Trail
Details
We will hike on the Wiregrass Trail in Blackwater River State Forest from Kennedy Bridge to the junction of the Wiregrass and Jackson trails and back - approx. 9.2 miles roundtrip. Pace is Moderate.
Dress appropriately for the weather and hiking in the woods. Bring snacks and plenty of water to drink. Wearing sunscreen, a hat, and insect repellent are recommended. Please note that trails can be wet/muddy and boardwalks/bridges can be slippery, particularly after rainy weather.
