Naval Live Oaks – North Side Parking Lot to Beaver Pond Hike

Meet me at the Naval Live Oaks parking lot on the north side of highway 98. We’ll start hiking at 8:00 AM sharp. Along the trail we’ll see the bluff on the north side of Gulf Breeze and the regrowth of an area that burned a couple years ago. We'll also see the beaver pond (we’re just not likely to see beavers). This hike is 4 miles long and we’ll walk at a moderate pace (about 3 mph). But since there are lots of intersections, everyone should keep the same pace to avoid getting separated from the group.
