Once I receive your non-refundable $25 contribution, I’ll move you to the “Going” list. This helps me keep track of payments and confirm who’s officially attending, so I can start planning the catering and other event details accordingly.

Join me for a relaxing and fun-filled day at Dockweiler State Beach on Saturday, July 12th!

This won’t be your typical potluck—we’re catering this one! We'll be ordering delicious party platters and takeout from a variety of places, so come hungry and ready to enjoy a wide selection of ready-to-eat meals and drinks available at the start of the event.

No BBQ this time—just great food without the hassle.

Contribution:

I kindly ask for a $25 contribution per adult to help cover the cost of catering (food), drinks, party supplies, games, and more.

What to Expect:

• Social and beach games
• Icebreakers and group activities
• Music throughout the day
• Bonfire at night with music and dancing

Parking is expected to be $13 per vehicle.

Note:

Unlike some of our other events, the beach bonfire parties require extra planning and supplies—including large amounts of ice, firewood for the pit, beach games, plates, utensils, and more essentials to accommodate everyone.

There are significantly more expenses involved, and I appreciate your understanding and support.

WHAT TO BRING:

1. Beach Towel or Blanket – For lounging, drying off, or sitting on the sand.
2. Sunscreen – Choose broad-spectrum SPF 30+ and reapply every 2 hours.
3. Hat & Sunglasses – Protect your eyes and face from sun exposure.
4. Swimsuit & Extra Clothes – Bring dry clothes for after swimming or when the evening cools.
5. Portable Chair – For comfort, especially if you don’t want to sit directly on the sand.
6. Cooler with Ice – To keep drinks, snacks, or potluck items fresh.
7. Reusable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated throughout the day.
8. Sandals or Water Shoes – Easy to slip off and great for walking on hot sand.
