The Spazmatics are a highly popular nationwide 1980s cover band created by Perfect World Entertainment. Known for their geeky charm, they perform classic 80s hits in full nerd attire—think taped glasses, bowties, and plaid pants—while delivering a high-energy stage performance.
Conceived by partners Jamie Brown and Roger Sause in Agoura Hills, California The Spazmatics | An 80's Music Experience, the act has expanded into a franchise with multiple regional casts performing across the country, including cities like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Austin, Chicago, and New Yord City.
Rather than a single static group, the project relies on rotating cast members who bring heavy musicianship and interactive comedy to their live shows.
Ok to come alone, you won't be alone for long. We are a fun and friendly group. The Biergarten has great food and drinks. There's free parking but spots fill up quickly.
Tickets are $15 online until 11:59pm Jul 10, then $25 at the door.
Where to meet inside:
We will meet at the back wall directly opposite the stage between 8:30–9:00 PM. (I'm 5'11" with a shaved head). The band is scheduled to start at 9:00 PM. At 9pm we will be on the dance floor.
Please note: We will not have a reserved table for this event. Table reservations are expensive, so attendees should expect open seating and a casual meetup atmosphere.
If you arrive late, look for the group near the back wall.
