Together, we’ll normalize these missteps as part of the process, stop fearing the fall, and officially rewrite the equation of success.

Traditional wisdom presents a false binary: you either succeed or you fail. But real life and business don't work in straight lines. Failure isn't the opposite of success. Failure is an unavoidable, essential variable in the equation, providing data and lessons required to build and achieve something that lasts.

Fuckup Nights is a global community and event series that shares stories of professional failure. Each month, in events across +250 cities and 70 countries, we get a couple of speakers to get up in front of a room full of strangers to share their own professional fuckup. The stories of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled, we tell them all. The Fuckup Nights community in Barcelona was born in 2015 and currently has + 4000 members, in our by-monthly events we welcome an average of 120 attendees.
