Yoga on Parliament Hill

What better way to kick off summer and connect with the community than yoga on Parliament Hill!

I was disappointed upon my arrival to Ottawa to learn yoga on Parliament Hill is no longer happening so I thought I would lead a class in hopes to bring back the magic for just one evening.

The more yogis the better so bring your friends and family! Just be sure to RSVP how many so I can plan accordingly.

This is an all levels feel good flow. Reminder to bring a mat, water and any props you need for support.
