FRF 2018 - Travel to FRF

I lived in Japan in the past so I'm happy to travel with anyone as a group and make sure everyone gets there.

The train to Echigo-Yuzawa departs from Tokyo Station and Ueno, but Ueno is more convenient (for me).

Let's meet at the Hard Rock Cafe. It's in a good-sized indoor plaza. The Shinkansen from Ueno to Echigo-Yuzawa is 6600 JPY. Train times are at 9:34 10:22, 10:46, 11:46, etc. This was me last year and I will be dressed almost exactly the same this year:

If you plan to join me, please RSVP. If you do not RSVP, I/we will assume you are traveling by yourself. If you do RSVP but end up running late for some reason, we will wait for you (unless it's getting to be afternoon). I would like to STRICTLY ENFORCE this so that

1. If people are running late but can't get in contact, they won't be left behind
2. We know exactly how many people will be coming so we can go as soon as possible

There is an ATM outside in a 7-11 across the street, just outside the station, next to the Tohoku and Joetsu Shinkansen Ueno opened monument.
