FRF 2023 Group Travel / Camp

I lived in Japan in the past so I'm happy to travel with anyone as a group and make sure everyone gets there.

The train to Echigo-Yuzawa departs from Tokyo Station and Ueno, but Ueno is more convenient (for me).

Let's meet at the Hard Rock Cafe. It's in a good-sized indoor plaza. The Shinkansen from Ueno to Echigo-Yuzawa is 6600 JPY. Train times are at 9:34 10:22, 10:46, 11:46, etc.

If you plan to join me, please RSVP. If you do not RSVP, I/we will assume you are traveling by yourself. If you do RSVP but end up running late for some reason, please let me know.

There is an ATM outside in a 7-11 across the street, just outside the station, next to the Tohoku and Joetsu Shinkansen Ueno opened monument. (This ATM existed in 2019, anyway.)
