Welcome to the Fukuoka Language Exchange & Social Events Meetup! We are a International bar and language school in Daimyo that has been running in Fukuoka for over 15 years.
Whether you are looking to practice your language skills, learn a new language, or simply meet new people, this group offers a variety of fun and engaging events for you to connect with others in Fukuoka. Join us for language exchanges, cultural activities, and social gatherings to enhance your language abilities and immerse yourself in the vibrant community of Fukuoka. Let's come together to learn, grow, and have a great time!

Come practice Japanese and English while meeting new people and making new friends!👯
We’ll switch between Japanese and English, so everyone gets a chance to practice both languages.
To keep it fun and fair, please use only Japanese during Japanese time and only English during English time. Don’t worry if you’re a beginner🔰 - we’ll help each other!
At the end of the meetup, we’ll play a fun game together! 🥳(Maybe a traditional Japanese game…we’ll see!)

Practice English, Practice Japanese, and Make New Friends!
This event is designed so that both Japanese and international guests can practice a language naturally while having fun.
Here's how it works:
🌟First Half - English Conversation
Japanese participants practice English in small groups.
International guests are welcome to join the conversations and enjoy chatting with local Japanese participants.🎲Second Half – Games
We play fun group games together!
Japanese participants continue practicing English as much as possible, while international guests are welcome to use Japanese, making it a great opportunity to practice real Japanese in a natural setting.
Everyone helps each other, so everyone gets plenty of speaking practice.📅August 28th 6:00-8:00PM (Feel free to join anytime!)
