In this art-based reflection.
You’ll create a flower as a way to represent some part of yourself.

You don’t need to draw a “perfect” flower—this is about using shapes, colors, and imagination to express how you’re feeling.

You get to choose what your flower represents:
🌸 How you feel
🌸 How you feel in a part of your life (work, relationships, or energy)
🌸 How you want to feel or grow into

There’s no wrong way to do this & I will be there to guide you and offer a reflective writing exercise at the end.
