# Intuitive Process Art
Sunday Session, 1 - 3 PM
I know this is last-minute, but I've been asked to hold a session. It's a really insightful process that will reveal answers to any questions you're currently contemplating.

I will share fun, simple, and effective expressive art practices developed to reach the depth of our innermost selves. These methods reveal insight & allow open-ended communication with whatever needs to be expressed from your soul. 💜
In this art-based reflection, you’ll create as a way to express yourself, using shapes, colors, and imagination to give voice to how you’re feeling & what you want to reveal.
We'll start the session with focused breathing & journaling, then use a prompt to do mindful art practice.
Experience creativity as a path to express your emotions in a safe, supportive space, and join kindred spirits to grow and evolve together.
Perfect for beginners; no previous art experience is expected or required. All materials supplied.
We'll tap into:

🌸 A part of life that needs attention (work, relationships, energy)
There’s no wrong way to do this & I will be there to guide you and offer a reflective writing exercise at the end.
