Come to WeWork office building in Playa vista (4th floor) and check in at the front desk. You can arrive early and enjoy coffee or tea in the lounge/lobby area. We welcome all levels, traditions, religions and ages to meditate with us. This class is FREE.
When your mind calms down and becomes lighter, you can be more productive. You don't have to waste so much energy trying to figure out. You can be direct and straightforward in making decisions without worries. Meditation can increase your productivity to a different level if you are willing to put hard work and consistent efforts.
What we’ll do
- We start by greeting and stretching
- Learn sitting posture & several techniques of meditation
- Silent meditation 15~30 mins (We will decide that day)
- Questions and answers, socializing.
What to bring
- Yoga Mat or Towel
- You may sit in chair if you are unable to sit on the ground.
- Wear comfortable pants.
- Photo ID to check in.

From the basic stretches to the all-encompassing foundations of Buddhism, Shana Han trained under Chan Master YongHua will reveal the extraordinary method of Chan Meditation, which can benefit all people, regardless of their religious affiliation.
