Join us for a delightful evening of movement, connection, and letting go under the full moon with the best community on the Space Coast! This will be the first of three consecutive Full Supermoons. Supermoons appear bigger and brighter in the sky, amplifying lunar energy and this one rises at 5:16 PM, right as we begin our practice.

A gentle beginner friendly yoga class on the beach
Full moon letting go ceremony after class

Yoga mat or just large blanket or towel
Reusable water bottle
A friend and your radiant spirit 🌕
💜Pro Tip: Lay your blanket or sheet down first, then place your mat on top for a more comfortable, sand-free experience.
