We are back for the Full Buck Moon!
🌕Tuesday July 28th at 7:30 PM
🌕Location: Nance Park
🌕Address: 201 N Miramar Ave, Indialantic, FL 32903
🌕Access the beach behind the public restrooms , South entrance
🌕 Parking: Pay by the hour at the meter or buy an annual parking permit from Indialantic Town Hall.
🌕 Arrive 10-15 minutes early for parking and time to settle in.
🌕 What to Expect:🌕
Full Moon Beach Yoga was created to bring together like-minded individuals who love yoga, the beach, and the magic of the moonrise. My name is Kate The Great, and I am passionate about yoga, sound, and creating community! No prior yoga experience needed, all levels are welcome here.
🌕 After class: Join us for a letting go ceremony to release what no longer serves you.
🌕 What to Bring: Yoga mat, large blanket, tapestry, beach towel, or flat sheet , reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, bring a friend and good vibes!
🌕Pro Set-up Tip: Lay down your large sheet or blanket first, then place your yoga mat on top for extra space and less sand on your mat!
All ages. All levels. WELCOME.
