Join Kate "The Great" and the KTG Yoga & Wellness community for a special evening of gentle beach yoga beneath the powerful energy of the New Moon and Total Solar Eclipse in Leo.
Solar eclipses mark the beginning of a new chapter. They invite us to pause, reflect, release what no longer serves us, and create space for the next version of ourselves to emerge. This is the first Solar Eclipse in Leo since 2019, making it an especially meaningful opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self and set intentions for the months ahead.
What to Expect:
We'll move through a gentle, all-levels yoga practice designed to help calm the nervous system, open the heart, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.
We'll close with a guided meditation and intention-setting practice inspired by this potent New Moon eclipse energy.
