• A gentle saltwater foot soak to cleanse and ground our energy
• A guided Full Moon meditation under the night sky
• Setting intentions for resilience, clarity, and joy
• Closing with a blessing of light and love

To deepen your connection, I encourage you to join from your yard, balcony, or terrace, so you can be embraced by the moonlight. Please bring a bowl of warm salted water for your feet, a towel, and a candle if you wish.
