Hunter’s Moon Pennybacker Bridge Night Paddle

Hello Night Paddlers! Happy…Fall? Come celebrate surviving ACL and we’ll head out under the Pennybacker / 360 Bridge on Lake Austin.

Meet at the Loop 360 boat ramp (under south end of bridge). $5 cash park entry fee and parking available along the access road.

We'll try to be on the water by 6:30 to catch the sunset and paddle around the no-wake zone and the cove by ACC.

Here are the basics, post or message me with any questions:

1. Bring your own board or kayak, paddle, lights, life vest if desired, and any snacks or drinks you'd care to responsibly consume (no glass or styrofoam please).
2. No rental options onsite, if you need a board or kayak you can post to the group and perhaps a kind soul will have an extra available.
3. All are welcome! Please be able to 1) Swim, 2) Carry your equipment about 100 yards down to the water, and 3) Paddle in some form or fashion. The group may move at different paces but will end up at the same place.
4. Pets are at owner's discretion. Algae
   shouldn’t be a concern on Lake Austin, but it can be a bit more wavy and windy.
5. High wind, rain, or lightning will cancel. Check the chat section for updates.
6. Have fun! Please say hi, and ask for or offer help as needed.
