Let's check in and see how the week went! On Monday we set an intention for the week. Now is the time to report back and let us know how it went. If you need encouragement throughout the week, you can ask in the community.

Did you finish what you set out to do this week? It’s fine if you didn’t. Sometimes the week is busier than expected or we get burned out. Sometimes we just didn’t divide our goals into small enough tasks. How can the community help you? What are your "wins" for the week?

What are you doing to relax and decompress this weekend? I hope you are all going to engage in self-care. This doesn’t have to cost money. It can be curling up with a blanket and your favorite comfort beverage and reading a book. Or whatever makes YOU happy!

Weekly Kick-Off and Weekly Wrap-Up Meetings are meant to be a little bit more intimate than our Peer Support Groups and Body Doubling sessions. These meetings are meant to be a "macro" version of our body doubling sessions that we hold on a weekly to monthly basis. So that means time for conversation or typing in the chat and setting an intention for the entirety of the week and checking in near the end of the week with how we did without necessarily doing the task(s) during the meeting. But outside of that, this meeting is basically one of two virtual hangout weekly online meetings.

These are livestream events, so everyone will be in the chat and the event will run for about half an hour. If you don't RSVP in advance, you will still be able to join us from the home page when we go live. If you have any challenges joining, let me know. If folks are having common challenges with figuring out how to join and engage in the livestreams, I will make a tutorial video and post it for everyone.
