We loved the good old days when we could go to Walmart Labs and attend a Full Stack. Lunch. The people were great.
The talks were great.
The food was great.
And then the world went into lockdown. We can't do physical meetups under the current conditions. But that doesn't really have much impact on full-stack developers.
We can create from anywhere we have a computer and an internet connection.
There is at least one other full-stack group in the San Diego area.
However, our Full Stack Backendless San Diego group is laser beaming its focus on using Backendless for full-stack development and at least the initial hosting.
There are a number of reasons for this.
* You can start for free. * It has a short learning curve. * You can use it even though the software flavor of the month is changing. * You can use Backendless as your hosting platform. Or you can host on-premises. Or you can have a mixture of both.
In our first meeting, we will give you an overview and take some deep dives into Backendless. After that, you can decide whether or not you want to start a free account.
Maybe you'll create some interesting apps.
Our second meeting will be open to five-minute lightning talks where you and others can demonstrate your creations.
