FLN#5: Should UI/UX/Product designers know how to code? An open discussion.

Some say: “As a designer you shouldn’t bother with coding, that is not your job. Focus on getting better as a designer ”. Others say: “Coding skills are essential for every designer, you’ll be able to build better products ”. Where do you draw the line?

This is a beginner friendly discussion targeted towards any UI/UX/Product Designer that wants to find out more about the benefits of knowing a bit of programming on top of the usual design and UX skills.
