Sausalito Halloween Parade

Resistance is futile - Candy is mandatory.

Attention earthlings (and their humans): the annual Halloween Parade and Dog Costume Contest will take place on Friday, Oct. 31st.

We will be joining 'space' forces to come up with an alien-themed group costume. Let your creative inner child out! We will meet 10/11 to come up with some ideas and decide what supplies or costumes we need to get. If you can't make it, send me a message and we will loop you in on the creative, fun part.

Pets welcome! The dog costume contest is after the parade. There were so many creative cute costume ideas last year. Just watching the parade of pups was a blast.

There is also a party after the parade at Smittys on Caledonia with live music for those that want to keep the party going.

Start planning your costume and one for your dog! Or just come and watch, if you don't want to dress up yourself.

5:00 - Drop off Carved Pumpkin for contest
5:15 pm meet at 225 Locust municipal lot
between
5:30 pm head to parade start at Johnson & Caledonia
5:45 pm parade line-up (participants)
*Onlookers will meet near Robin Sweeney Park
6:00 pm parade starts
6:30 pm Dog Costume Contest at Robin sweeney park at end of parade route

After the parade, for anyone who can stick around, we can find a pet friendly place to have a drink or a bite to eat. Smitty's Bar (for those without pets) is the place to go after the parade.
