Play, meet new friends and learn how to make beautiful jewelry.
Details
Let’s have some fun and learn how to make a necklace and earrings. The tools and techniques are the same whether you use high quality gemstones and gold/silver or you purchase craft supplies at michaels or Hobby Lobby. At the end of this class you will leave with a necklace and earrings and know how to make more! FYI: You can easily create exactly what you want, and save more than 50% when you make your own quality jewelry instead of purchasing from a jeweler or store….and it’s easy!
We will meet in a private home in Cherry Creek near 6th/ Colorado and specifics will be sent via email/text to attendees. Space is very limited. You may invite a friend. Please be respectful with your rsvp.
We will provide all materials. We plan to make several kits for you to choose from. The kits will include beads, all required findings, clasps, and stringing materials. We will also supply all tools to use in class. These include several types of jewelers pliers, wire snips, and crimping tools. If you already have tools, please bring them. If you plan to continue making jewelery and want to acquire your own tools, contact me for suggestions.
The materials fee is $12 for the necklace and earrings. The lesson is free. Please being cash.
This meetup is intended as a fun time, an opportunityunity make new friends AND a learning experiencence.
