4th of July Tubing on the Brazos River

Fun @ Fifty and North Dallas Single Friends invite you to go tubing down the Brazos River.

This is a day trip with about a 2 hour ride each way from Dallas to the Glen Rose area.
Carpooling is encouraged.

We will be shuttled to the put in and go tubing back to the take out point, which is where we parked our vehicles at the Brazos Outdoor Center.

The trip usually takes about 4-5 hours or so depending on water flow. If the water is high and running, could be 2 hours.

After tubing we can stop for dinner on the way home.
Bring a change of clothes. They do advertise having showers.

The cost: $25.00 this includes rent on a tube.

You can bring your own tube, kayak, or paddleboard, but you will still be assessed fees at some level.

Tube, Kayak & Canoe Rates
River Tubes: $10.00 per day

Kayaks (1 seat): $20 half day / $40 full day or w/shuttle service (see below) / Overnight - $80 for 1st night then $40 for each additional night

Kayaks/Canoes (2 seats): $30 half day / $60 full day or w/shuttle service (see below) / Overnight - $120 for 1st night then $60 for each additional night

Kayaks/Canoes (3 seats): $40 half day / $80 full day or w/ shuttle service (see below)/ Overnight - $160 for 1st night then $80 for each additional night

***Kayak and Canoe rentals include life jackets and paddles/oars.

Shuttle Service Rates
$10 per person: includes one drop off or pick up at most locations. Some drop off locations may require an additional fee.

More than one drop off or pick up location will incur an additional charge.

$10 per seat on guest kayak/canoe/tube: to transport private equipment to one drop off or from one pick up location.

Additional drop off or pick up locations will incur an additional charge.

Equipment rental: If you would like shuttle service, use full day rate plus day use fee plus shuttle service fee to calculate cost.

(Full day rate + day use fee + shuttle person = cost)

EXAMPLE:
If you use a tube: $10 + $5 + $10 = $25 for the tubing adventure.

If anyone wants to camp out, then y'all will need to figure that out as I am just doing a day adventure.

If you are carpooling with non-campers, you may want to find a different group to ride with or drive yourself there.

You will need to call to make your reservations; any of them can help you. You may need to leave a message and call back number.

*REFUNDS: If you cancel by 7pm the night before the trip, full refund.
Check your receipt that they email you once you book for instructions.
