The authentic Italian taste is extremely hard to find and this restaurants knocks it out the park! The Vale Murphy which comes with their signature pink sauce (blend of their alfredo and marinara sauce) sautéed with mushrooms, jalapeños, and onions! The creaminess to spicy ratio along with the meat quantity was perfectly balanced!
The spicy Tortellini Bolognese which comes with cheese filled tortellini served with their meaty pink sauce! Again, the balance within the dish was very simply, elegant, and delicious! You have to ask for spicy if you want that extra kick!
