Kitten Soundbath 1:30 - Sound Therapy with Kittens

Join us for Kitten Soundbath, hosted at a relaxing yoga studio in Long Beach. We have kittens from The Little Lion Foundation & an experienced Soundbath practitioner to create a unique interactive wellness experience. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to support local cat rescue programs. Space is limited. We have 2 sessions available to accommodate as many guests as possible

What to expect:
Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound vibrations to relax the body and calm the mind. We've added free roaming kittens to this Sound Therapy session to double the therapeutic benefits.

Playing with kittens can help in releasing feel-good hormones like serotonin and oxytocin, meaning a happier and more relaxed mood. We'll have toys to engage with our feline friends.

What to bring:
Dress comfortably. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else to create a comfortable space to sit and lay on the floor.
