Country park fun for families
Details
This is a lovely country park for our family friendly meet up with a playground, large field for sports/ball games, picnic area, cafe, restrooms, along with short waterside, field, and woodland walks.
To avoid a fine - pay for parking at the machine on arrival (cards/ringo accepted), then head to meet at the picnic tables near the playground.
Please aim to meet for 12.45pm meet and greet. Bring your own picnic, and after that we have the cafe/playground/field area for coffee, chat, and maybe some light sports. We also have the option for a relaxed walk around the waterside and country park (30-40mins duration),
Feel free to bring anything you and your family might need - water, food, refreshments, first aid kit, outdoor toys (football, frisbee etc).
