http://photos1.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/7/c/f/8/event_63691992.jpegKelly and I were going to hike in the Ilvento Preserve today, but since the forecast now says high 80's in Ojai, we'll off to Wildwood Regional Park in Thousand Oaks instead. We'll cover most of the main trails in the park, visiting Lizard Rock, Skunk Hollow, Oak Grove, Paradise Falls, Moonridge Trail, Mount Clef Ridge and more.
Trailblazing? No, these trails have been trodden before.
Exploratory? Maybe a bit I might be checking the map ... this one:

Bushwacking? No; park is well-maintained.http://photos2.meetupstatic.com/photos/event/7/c/e/4/event_63691972.jpeg
Lizard Rock--you can get right up on top of it.
Keep our hiking areas clean. One piece per hike, that's all I ask. If every hiker picked up one piece of trash on every hike, our parks and forests would stay beautiful.
Terrain: Single track, fireroad.
Meeting Place: Will be emailed to participants.
Estimated Stats: 11 miles/2,300'. Since it's only 11 miles, we'll finish before it gets hot. Hike will be cut to 8.5 miles if it's hot.
