How a Nourishing & Reverencing Workshop might be exactly what you need to cheer yourself up!

The class is around 2hrs., afterwards everyone can hang around near the indoor fire-pit to relax their muscles, and just kick back mingle & munch out on snacks chat away with whomever is there~

This class will also help promote self awareness a relaxing , calming , mindset of body n spirit~ where you can shed any fear, shame, guilt, doubt, or insecurities about yourself & about your body!
