Morning Hike in the Hills above Crystal Cove

Let's take advantage of the cooler Spring weather and do a calorie burning hike with great ocean views in the Crystal Cove state park. The trail will be Slow 'N Easy, Poles, and Pacific Ridge Loop for about 7 miles of great views and some decent hill climbing.

Should take about 3.25 hours.

Bathrooms and Free parking by the Coastal Peak Park playground at the top of the hill near the trailhead! There's a small lot near the bathrooms and plenty of street parking.

Make sure you have LOTS of water, hiking shoes or boots with traction, a hat and sunscreen. Hiking poles are helpful for the downhill parts and save your knees taking the hit.
