Curriculum-
Students learn past tenses and command forms for everyday situations.

• Possessive pronouns
• Reflexive verbs
• Formal commands
• Object pronouns with commands
• Past tense (preterite) – regular verbs
• Past tense of to be, to go, to give
• For vs. for (por vs. para)
• Expressions with “to make / to do”
• Seasons and weather expressions
• Irregular past tense verbs
• Past tense stem-changing verbs
• Informal commands
• Imperfect past tense

Extra Curriculum-
More advanced verb tenses and introduction to the subjunctive.

• Past progressive (“was doing…”)
• Preterite vs. imperfect
• Expressing time in the past (“ago”)
• Past participles
• Present perfect tense (“have done”)
• Past perfect tense (“had done”)
• Future tense
• Conditional tense (“would”)
• Prepositions (to, from/of, in/on)
• Introduction to the present subjunctive
• Superlatives (“the most,” “the least”)
