Convenient location near Highway 217 at the Allen exit.
We will play Hong Kong mahjong. I will bring rules for a simplified version, and teach people who want to learn. Hong Kong mahjong is quite easy to learn. (Similar to the American game Gin and Rummy.) If you know Taiwan mahjong, the two are similar except Hong Kong mahjong has fewer tiles per player. If you have played classical Chinese, international, or American mahjong, Hong Kong style is simpler with many fewer rules for scoring.
This event overlaps with the larger games group, which meets on every first and third Sunday.

Their event is 2pm to 6pm. People who want to stay til 6pm playing mahjong can stay if there are others who want to stay and the remaining players have their own mahjong set.
