We start at Columbia Cafe @3pm, have dinner/drinks & gift exchange. The lighted boat parade starts at 6:15 Sparkman Wharf, this will give us time to get places and/or move down to another location on riverwalk. Please check out parking before hand. There is a parking garage nearby and pay to park in front of Sparkman. COME EARLY!I
