My fitness background includes certifications with ACE as a personal trainer, health coach, nutrition specialist, and orthopedic specialist; NASM as a Corrective Exercise specialist; TRX as Functional Trainer. With yoga I am a certified 500 hour E-RYT with a background in vinyasa, gentle, restorative, meditation and Yoga TuneUp. Yoga classes will have varied options to appeal to different levels including the newbie ;) Bootcamp classes will get you feeling stronger and sweaty with minimal equipment. If you don't have a light set of weights you can use soup cans, water bottles or the like.
