Yoga:

Vinyasa yoga classes are 60 minutes in length and mixed level. Whether you are a beginner or experienced yogi, you will be in safe hands with Christine. Classes will take you through a series of standing and mat poses to stretch and strengthen all while you have a good time. Bring your mat, towel, and water. TRX Strength:

This low impact, no cardio, full-body TRX class focuses on building strength using safe, proper form. Challenge yourself in this rep-based workout by learning how to modify or progress each exercise to fit your body and your needs. This class is accessible for beginners and advanced athletes alike. You will see a difference after only a few sessions!

Classes are 50 minutes. Maximum 13 people per class. Pre-registration highly recommended. Bring a mat, hand towel, and water.

Inferno (Semi-Private Personal Training):

Looking for something to torch calories and give you that extra push? Inferno is a NEW semi-private personal training group to take your fitness to the next level. Get your sweat on outdoors while being motivated by your fearless trainer, Christine Oakes. Training will be at Eagle Park, Mountain View on Tuesdays and Thursdays @6:30p. Top-quality equipment to test every fitness level and keep it fun! Battleropes, TRX, kettlebells, slam balls, etc.

$30 drop-in (24 hours advanced notice required)
SAVE $10 Choose a 1 hour workout on either Tuesday or Thursday 1x per week @ $110/month
SAVE $40 Choose a 1 hour workout on both Tuesday and Thursday each week @ $200/month

Yin Yoga with Therapeutic Touch
