FMEC English Practice Night (公民館実施/Community Center)

※This meeting will take place at Funabashi Chuo Community Center.

Every Friday night, FMEC hosts its regular meeting which is alternately held at community center and online.

Enjoy English conversations and interactions with English learners and native English speakers!!

▼Course Introduction

Join us for our free talks and participants will be divided into several small groups of 3 or 4 people each. All the groups will be changed every 20 minutes.

Timetable:

19:30〜19:50 1st Free Talk

19:50〜20:10 2nd Free Talk

20:10〜20:30 3rd Free Talk

20:30〜20:45 4th Free Talk

▼Participation Fee

Non-native English speakers: 500 JPY

Native English speakers and organizers: Free

※Please put the fee (a 500 JPY coin) into the box designated by FMEC. We do NOT have any change you get back.

▼To participate in meetings at community center:

・Please sign up on Meetup in advance.

・If you do NOT apply for a meeting on Meetup or you are WAITLISTED, you will NOT be allowed to participate in meetings.

・If you find yourself unable to participate after applying on Meetup, please manually change your reservation to “NO” (Not Going) to allow other members to apply instead. If you fail to do so repeatedly, your participation might be declined from then on.

・The limits on the number of participants might be changed based on room width or the Covid situation etc.

・In order to ensure the quality of English studies, priority placement will be given to up to 5 native English speakers as long as they sign up at least one day before the meeting date.

1グループ3～4人で行うフリートークプログラムです。

20分ごとにグループ替えを行います。

▼参加費

一般参加者 (英語が母国語でない外国人も含む) ：500円

ネイティブスピーカー、オーガナイザー：0円

参加費は、入室時に指定の集金箱へ入れてください（500円硬貨）。

お釣りは用意していませんので、ご注意ください。

▼【公民館学習会への参加申込について】

・Meetupでお申込みの上、ご参加ください。

・Meetupで参加申込をしていない方、キャンセル待ちから参加枠へ繰り上がらなかった方はご参加いただけませんので、予めご承知おきください。

・申込後に不参加となる場合は、Meetupを「不参加」へと変更し、他の方に参加枠を譲ってください。「参加」のまま欠席することが続く方は、以後のご参加をお断りすることもございますので、ご了承ください。

・参加者数の上限は、会場の広さや新型コロナウイルスの感染状況によって変更となる場合があります。

・学習会の質を確保するため、ネイティブスピーカーの優先予約枠（5名）を、開催日前日まで上限人数の中に設けます。
