Hello!

We noticed that many of the foreigners living in Japan and English conversation enthusiasts also love traveling. Therefore, we've planned an English conversation event focused specifically on travel. Here are the details of our event.

◆ Event Proceedings
○ Registration will begin 15 minutes before the event starts.
○ After a brief self-introduction, please talk about a country or city you have visited (domestic or abroad) for about 15 minutes in English. If you encounter difficulty expressing yourself in English, feel free to use Japanese. We'll work together to translate it into English. Alongside practicing English, share some enjoyable stories from your travels.
○ When talking about your travels, please consider the following points:

• Where is the country or city you visited?
• When did you travel there?
• How long did you stay?
• What was the reason or purpose for visiting that place?
• What is it famous for?
• What did you eat and experience there?
• What did you notice about the culture, people's characteristics, cityscape, or any other differences in that country or region?
• Was it a solo trip, a tour, or a business trip?
• Did the trip change your values or perspectives in any way?
• Did you have any valuable or challenging experiences during the trip?

Bringing photos or items relevant to your travels will make the discussions even more engaging.

■ Participation Fee: 500 yen (English Native Speaker: Free)

日本にいる外国人や英会話が好きな方々の中には、旅好きの方が多いということから、旅に特化した英会話イベントを企画しました。以下にイベントの詳細をご案内いたします。

■ イベントの進行
○ イベント開始の15分前から受付を開始します。
○ 簡単な自己紹介の後、参加者が行った国や都市（国内外問わず）について、15分程度英語でお話しください。英語での表現が難しい場合は日本語でも構いません。みんなで一緒に英語に訳しましょう。英語の練習も兼ねて、楽しかった旅のエピソードを共有してください。
○ 旅の話をする際、次の点を参考にしてください：

• 訪れた国や都市はどこですか？
• いつ旅行されましたか？
• 滞在期間はどのくらいでしたか？
• その場所を訪れた理由や目的は何ですか？
• その場所で何が有名ですか？
• 現地で何を食べ、どんな体験をしましたか？
• その国、地域の文化や人々の性格、街の雰囲気などで感じたことはありますか？
• 旅行は個人旅行でしたか？ツアーに参加しましたか？それとも仕事で行かれましたか？
• その旅で自分自身の価値観や考え方に変化はありましたか？
• その旅での貴重な体験や大変だったことはありますか？

旅行の写真や参考になる物を持参していただけると、話が一層盛り上がると思います。
