About us
The Funabashi Multilingual Circle was established in 2014, originally focusing on Chinese conversation. Today, we regularly hold sessions in English, Spanish, French, German, and Chinese conversation.
The "Funabashi Multilingual Sub" group organizes a variety of events apart from these primary activities, aimed at fostering interaction through different languages and cultures. Whether you want to learn a new language, enjoy cultural exchanges, or simply meet diverse people, everyone is welcome.
Our mission is to connect people through languages and provide a platform for rich cultural exchange. Let's enjoy learning, growing, and connecting together!

船橋マルチリンガルサークルは2014年に発足し、最初は中国語会話に特化していました。
しかし、現在では英会話、スペイン語会話、フランス語会話、ドイツ語会話、中国語会話を定期的に開催しています。
この「船橋マルチリンガル(Sub)」グループは、その主たる活動とは別に、異なる言語や文化の交流を図るためのバラエティ豊かなイベントを企画・実施しています。新しい言語を学びたい方、異文化交流を楽しみたい方、そしてただ単に多様な人々と交流したい方、どなたでも大歓迎です。

Our group is mainly for English Japanese Language exchange with native English speakers. Free Talk.Date : March 29th 2026 From 1pm to 3pm (This time 5th Sunday but usually every 4th Sunday)
Place : Platz Narashino, Shukai_Situ 2 ( Meeting Room 2) , North building
Fee: Japanese and other non native speakers ... 500 Yen
(Native English speakers .... Free)※For native English speakers, you will be asked if you are a native speaker or not when you apply this event. So please just write "yes."
※We will make some groups with 3-4 people

フリートーク中心のイベントです
英語ネイティブとの言語交換を目的としています日時：2026年3月29日 13時～15時 (今回は第５日曜日ですが、いつもは毎週第４日曜日)
場所：プラッツ習志野 公民館 北館 集会室２
参加費：５００円
（英語ネイティブは無料）※申し込み時に英語ネイティブか質問しますので、ネイティブの方は"Yes"と書いてください。ネイティブではない方は無記入のままで大丈夫です。
※３～４人のグループを作りますので、自由にお喋りしてください

🌸Funabashi's International Hanami Festival🌸R&B 船橋国際交流花見たこ焼きパーティー

It's that time of year again! We are excited to host the annual "International Exchange Hanami 🌸 Festival," a perfect opportunity to make new friends and enjoy a diverse array of cultures from around the world, transcending language barriers. We warmly invite you to join us!
Our event features the ever-popular activity of takoyaki making! It's a fun challenge open to all participants, so feel free to bring your friends and join us, even if it's your first time. We especially welcome guests from abroad!Highlights of the Event:
- This is an internationally-themed hanami event, jointly held by the Funabashi Multilingual Circle's Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and R&B (English Conversation) clubs.
- Each year, we reserve the most famous cherry blossom viewing spot in Funabashi, the Ebi Riverbank.
- (The Ebi River Jogging Road is the 9th most popular cherry blossom spot in Chiba Prefecture.)
Event Details:
- Location: Ebi River Jogging Road (20-minute walk from JR Funabashi Station, or take a bus from JR Funabashi Station North Exit Stand 4 and get off at "Funabashi Chuo Ichiba," a 3-minute walk)

- Bonus: Participants will receive takoyaki.
- Registration Deadline: Spaces are limited, so sign up quickly!
- Organizer Supplies: Gas stove, gas canisters, paper plates, cups, chopsticks, trash bags, blue tarps, cardboard, tables, etc.
On the Day:
- Please proceed directly to the location using the map as a guide.
- Upon arrival, check in and pay the participation fee at the reception.

- 毎年、船橋で一番有名な桜のスポットである海老川河川敷をリザーブして開催しています。
