Then this is the group for you!
I'm just a woman who is tired of the nightmare of the constant war with my body and food and decided that enough is enough. I'm on a journey to love my body - no matter what it weighs, stop the madness around food and begin to give myself permission to eat and enjoy food again, learn to listen to my body so I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm satisfied, and just begin truly living my life instead of waiting for a number on the scale before I can do the things I want.
I also know there are a lot of you out there feeling this way too and thought it would be great to create a community of people on this same journey and make it fun.
The irony? I'm a nutritionist and expert but still struggled and felt like a fraud - so I hid this struggle for so long. No more!
This club is designed to connect like-minded people working to change their relationship to food and their body and finally get off the diet yo-yo cycle and start living their life. We will be meeting at least once a month and doing something fun to further our journey, discuss our struggles, support each other and share some tips.
Donations are welcome to keep the group going and to create diversity and abundance of events.
