Func Prog Sweden is the community for anyone interested in functional programming. At the MeetUps we will explore different functional languages like Erlang, Elixir, Haskell, Scala, Clojure, OCaml, F# and more. We have also explored the functional aspects of C++, Java and more. Join the community to learn more, meet other people interested in functional programming and have fun.

I'm Niclas and have been using Roc in production for the past two years, while helping to build out the ecosystem for practical applications.You'll see the why of Roc, how it helps you be more productive, and what it means to be “fast, friendly, and functional” through code examples and demos. We’ll look at Roc’s features and an Elm-like full-stack web framework called Joy, which already powers real web apps in the wild.
