Join us for an informative, hands on, partner stretch session where you will learn how to safely and effectively increase range of motion using a well known technique called PNF {prorioceptive neuromuscular facilitation}.

Bring a friend, but solos are also welcomed, everyone will have someone to work with, as this is a two person endeavor.

There are numerous benefits to improved flexibility including, but not limited to: supporting injury prevention, increased mobility, relieving chronic muscle tension and improving any sport or activity you do.

Improved flexibility can also relieve chronic pain and tightness!
