Join Us for a Dynamic Agile Adventure: Lean Coffee Meeting!

Hey Agile enthusiasts!

Are you ready to brew up some engaging discussions, share your burning Agile topics, and tackle challenges head-
on with fellow practitioners?

Welcome to our Lean Coffee Meeting, where the Agile spirit thrives and collaboration shines!

  • What's on the Menu?

Bring your appetite for knowledge and curiosity!
This is YOUR chance to shape the conversation.
Share your favorite Agile topic, raise a challenge you're facing with your team, or ask a question lingering in the Agility space. Whether it's about sprint planning, retrospectives, scaling frameworks, or the Agile
mindset itself, this is the place to delve deep.

  • How It Brews: Lean Coffee Style
  1. Brainstorm: Everyone will enter their topics or challenges or the question they would like to discuss
  2. Vote: Each participant gets a handful of votes to allocate to the topics that most intrigue them.
  3. Discuss: The top-voted topics get the green light! Engage in lively, time-boxed discussions led by YOU.
  4. Iterate: Feel free to continue the discussion or move on to the next hot topic, all decided by the group.
  • What to Expect:

 Empowerment: YOUR topics, YOUR discussions. Dive deep into the challenges that you are dealing with your Agile
team

 Collaboration: Connect with fellow Agile practitioners, share experiences, and gain fresh insights.

 Agility in Action: Experience Agile principles in practice with dynamic, adaptive conversations.

 Fun & Productivity: Engage in meaningful discussions in a relaxed, energizing environment.
