Max Baker, Founder and CEO, ILLUMAGEAR, Inc., a Seattle startup creating innovative personal lighting systems for construction workers. The Company is raising a $750,000 Series “A” round of funding.

Vin Ricci, Partner, Foster Pepper PLLC, who provides ILLUMAGEAR as well as many other startups, angels, and VCs, with legal advice regarding financing transactions, corporate governance, and other matters.

Andrew Royal, Angel Investor, a 13-year Microsoft veteran with experience in product management, marketing, and new product incubation. (After investing in ILLUMAGEAR, Andrew joined the company as co-founder.)
