Pre-Funk Drinks and Appetizers

Due to the large size of our group and limited space available at Cool River I've decided to have a Pre-Funk get together for some drinks and appetizers in the hopes of reserving a few tables in the bar area.

This will also be a good time to talk and get to know the other members before the music and dancing start up. At that point I'm thinking as other people show up later for the music and dancing we could still have a large table or two that we can share among everyone in the group.

We have the Denver Night Life Meetup joining us as well so we are going to have a big group, which is great! I just want everybody to feel comfortable and have a good time which is why I think it's important that we have a large table or common area to interact and get to know each other...otherwise there wouldn't be much point of a meetup group. Cool River can get very crowded just from the general public.

So if you are available for some Pre-Funk to help reserve some tables, have drinks and appetizers (or dinner if you prefer), and get to know some of your fellow Old Schoolers before "Funk time" then I hope to see you there at 7:30.
Even if you can't make the music and dancing later but have time earlier in the evening then I encourage you to join us!
