Friday Morning Mindfulness Meditation

We get together every Friday to meditate for 20 minutes and talk about whatever comes up afterward. Prepare to be present, in your body and connect to the experience of others.
The meditation is taught by Christopher Vitale, a certified and experienced meditation teacher, group facilitator and creative arts therapist. His most influential teachers are Ram Dass, Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj and Jack Kornfield among many others. He is heavily influenced by the teachings of Buddhism, Yoga, Hinduism, and modern day non-dual teachings from the likes of Rupert Spira and Lissa Friedman.
