• Kensington Bowling Club – the oldest bowling club in Johannesburg established in 1914 (101 years young this year!!)

• Dix House – Tibetan Buddhist Centre - Built in 1904-1906 by C.W. Dix.

• No 12 Somerset Road - one of the oldest houses in Kensingtom built by George Cooper in 1902.
• Jeppe High School for Boys - Built in 1909. Named after Sir Julius Jeppe. P.M. Jan Smuts unveiled the World War I Monument at the School.
