The venue is at the Sacred Heart School, featuring historical buildings, leafy courtyards and spacious fields.
Certified Iyengar yoga teacher Steve Wilder has around 30 years of yoga experience.
First class is complimentary, then R130 per class in your first month, then R520 per month on a regular basis.

Class time on Saturdays is 08h30.
There are also classes Wednesdays and Fridays in Bedfordview at 08h00.

This style of yoga is reasonably rigorous and precise with particular emphasis on correct alignment, achieved where necessary by appropriate use of props.
