🤗 Come along for a run and a good time at our Social Run!
Good vibes, a few miles, and people who love running just like you. Simple as that 😄
Got a race the next day? Perfect — it’s a great way to loosen up. If not… even better 😉
Come however you like: on your own or with friends… there’s always a group here ready to enjoy a 40-minute run together.
Groups:
🔴 Group 1: 4:00 - 4:59 min/km
🔵 Group 2: 5:00 - 5:59 min/km
You can leave your stuff safely, and afterwards… if you fancy it, we’ll head somewhere nearby for a drink 🍻🥳

💡 A quick favour
The session is free, but places are limited. If you can’t make it, please remember to update your RSVP to “Not going” so someone else can take your spot.
Why it matters:
• There may be people on the waiting list
• It helps us organise groups and routes properly
⚠️ If you miss 3 sessions without letting us know, you’ll need to take a break from signing up for a while. Nothing personal — it just keeps things fair for everyone.

¿Tienes carrera al día siguiente? Perfecto, te viene de lujo como activación. Y si no… pues mejor aún 😉Ven como quieras: solo, con amigos… aquí siempre hay equipo para disfrutar de 40 minutos de carrera.
Grupos:
🔴 Grupo 1: 4:00 - 4:59 min/km
🔵 Grupo 2: 5:00 - 5:59 min/km
Puedes dejar tus cosas sin problema, y al terminar… plan improvisado: quien se anime, nos vamos a tomar algo cerca 🍻🥳

💡 Te pedimos un favor
La actividad es gratuita, pero las plazas son limitadas. Si al final no puedes venir, acuérdate de cambiar tu RSVP a “No voy” para que otra persona pueda aprovechar tu sitio.
¿Por qué es importante?

• Porque quizá hay gente en lista de espera.
• Porque así podemos organizar mejor los grupos y la ruta.

⚠️ Si faltas 3 veces sin avisar, tendrás que descansar de las siguientes inscripciones durante un tiempo. Nada personal, ¡es para que todos tengan oportunidad!
