With the right breathing techniques, we can reduce our heart rate, blood pressure, stress response and worries to help our body rest and rejuvenate. These techniques are backed by science and have been practised for thousands of years in cultures all around the world.
In this workshop, you will learn how to bring consciousness to your breath and reduce your experience of stress, anxiety and sadness by breathing effectively.
Besides learning the theory of breath work, you will also be guided to create a daily practice of just 15 minutes to achieve a long- lasting outcome.
With the right support, you can reduce stress, anxiety and sadness and higher your levels of energy, creativity and positive solution-based thinking. Allow yourself to reach your next highest potential.

Your Teacher
The course will be led by Stefanie Schidlowski (she/her), an experienced and accredited Breathwork and Meditation teacher and founder of Youreka Coaching.
She is also an accredited life and executive coach supporting individuals with their stress management in a 1:1 Empowering Coaching Programme, a 1:1 Breathing Programme and a 5-week Breathwork Workshop.
