We’re so happy you’re here and part of Funtime Girlfriends—a welcoming community of fun, curious, and adventurous women 40+ (or close to it).

This group is about connection, laughter, and enjoying life together. From dining out and brunches to social events, outdoor adventures, creative outings, and trying new experiences, our goal is simple: build genuine friendships and create meaningful moments along the way.

A few things to know as you get started:

Women-only group: Created for women 40+ (or close enough—we’re flexible).
Kindness matters: Please be respectful, supportive, and welcoming. This is a positive space where real connections grow.

RSVP thoughtfully: If you RSVP “yes,” please do your best to attend. Last-minute cancellations—especially when there’s a waitlist—make planning difficult and may result in removal from the group.

Photos at events: We sometimes take photos for recaps or the website. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know or step out of group shots—no worries at all.

This group truly thrives when members get involved. If you’d like to suggest an event, help plan or host, or lend a hand during meetups (check-ins, photos, or activity support), I’d love to hear from you. Every contribution—big or small—helps shape our community.

Meetup does charge platform fees, and we suggest a $20 annual contribution to help offset administrative costs, supplies, and event-related expenses when possible. Contributions are always appreciated and help keep things running smoothly.
