Tax Sale Training! How everyone can benefit.

Tonight’s September INREIA Training will be covering several different strategies for people to benefit from tax sale properties without actually buying a tax lien.

Although we’ll briefly cover what the tax sale is and how it works – the bulk of our time will be spent discussing a set of different strategies to help the following types of people benefit from the tax sale:

· Rehabbers, landlords and wholesalers looking for deals

· Investors looking for an ROI, not a property

· Contractors wanting to find more work

· Agents who need more listings (and want buyer calls)

· Wholesalers & Agents looking for buyers

· Property managers to find landlord clients

Tonight’s training will truly have some good takeaways for everyone!

More specifically, the strategies we’ll be teaching will help you know how to:

· Find properties that should be redeemed and just get a return

· Mail ahead of time before the sale to find motivated sellers

· Find overage sales where owners don't know the money is available

· Contact people that had props that sold before final redemption date

· Contact the institutional buyers that ended up with props because they need to liquidate

· Watch for props that don't sell at the tax sale, before they go to tax surplus

· Meet real buyers with cash to sell them over deals

WHEN

The doors open at 6pm, and the meeting starts at 6:30pm sharp. Although we are committed to packing great content and networking into our meeting time – the networking time between 6pm and 6:30pm is just as valuable.

COST

The meeting is FREE, and there is plenty of free parking on site.

THE MEETING AFTER THE MEEETING

Make sure you also block time for the informal “meeting after the meeting”, as many of the INreia board members and meeting attendees make the short walk over to enjoy dinner and drinks together on Mass Ave after each month’s meeting. *NOTE - Multiple deals and business relationships have been made during this informal meeting time over the last two years!
